Receive, train and evaluate new employees
- Monitoring compliance with regulations on Safety, hygiene, GMP, compliance with internal regulations of employees.
-Supervise the work of departmental staff and employee quality control activities.
- Periodic quality control.
- Coordinating to handle production incidents.
- Timekeeping employees, confirm rice.
- Control type of employee's entry/exit activity.
- Get confirmation of work, shift output, production cycle.
- Mobilize personnel, organize the handling of damaged goods, and support customers according to specific situations.
- Staff meeting at the beginning and end of the shift.
- Receive information directly from the machine manager and operator during the working shift.
- Handing over shift: 15 minutes early/receive shift.
