JOB DUTIES 1/ Implement production plans when receiving new orders.
Receive orders from Production Secretary, check order requirements. Plan the molds, materials and tools needed to produce orders. Calculate order completion time and report to direct manager.
Notify the direct manager and mold leader if any product code needs new molds, the number of molds that need to be made and the mold completion date to proceed with mass casting.
Distribute orders to the casting and cutting and grinding team leader, develop special requirements and production plans for each order to produce the required quality and schedule.
2/ Update and control production activities.
Provide work instructions to subordinates, supervise and monitor production workers. Arrange and coordinate workers to work properly.
Check the product regularly, if the product is damaged or defective, determine the cause and find a way to fix it, working with relevant people. Temporarily stop production, waiting for superiors' opinion in case of problems.
Every day, report to the mold team leader, plastic mixing and fiber cutting team the next day's molding plan.
Check the appearance of molds, raw materials, tools and etc. to ensure quality molds and raw materials before mass production.
Timekeeping and reporting completed products before 8:00 a.m. the next day.
Weekly meetings with workers in the group to solve problems for workers
Work closely with the casting + cutting and grinding team leader to promptly resolve problems
Timely fix daily quality feedback from QC
3/ Manage workers in the team.
Responsible for deploying, urging and checking team leaders and workers to comply with internal regulations, notices and company policies, as well as fire prevention and fighting regulations and inspection requirements.
Responsible for managing all machinery, tools, equipment, facilities and allocated materials that are carefully preserved and used. If there is any damage or problem, you must immediately notify your superiors and electricians for repair and remediation. If there is a sudden inspection of damaged machinery and tools but no notification or follow-up of repairs is made, the senior team leader must be responsible.
Any items or things that do not belong to the workshop's management area are strictly prohibited and are responsible if discovered in their management area.
Have the right to reprimand, make recommendations to production management, human resources administration, and handle violations of discipline by team leaders and workers in the team under their management in accordance with the Company's internal regulations. If a violation is discovered in the area under their management, the senior team leader will also be reprimanded and punished.
Resolve conflicts and conflicts that occur within the team and record them for reporting to superiors...
Check the product to ensure it meets quality before receiving and handing over to the team leader for the next step.
4/ Other jobs.
Make statistics and make reports to superiors if required...
