Information about the job:
- Vacancies: Assistant to the director
- Age: 22-35 years old
- Education: Preferably graduate in Law, Accounting, Business Administration
- Working time: Working according to office hours, Sundays, New Year holidays and other holidays.
Job description:
- Support the Director in managing and operating the company, making plans to monitor progress and ensure the completion of tasks.
- Perform daily operational procedures at the office, complete necessary clerical tasks (phone calls, emails, receive documents, papers...)
- Schedule, prepare documents for necessary meetings, calls or special projects that the Director or Company is participating in
- Perform additional duties as requested by the Director
Job requirements:
- Strong communication, clerical and office management skills, proficient in computer operations and administrative management software
- Diligent, honest, active in work, have good organization and arrangement capacity
- Know how to plan and take initiative in work.
