- Coordinating with related departments to build the project of purchasing machinery and equipment
- Contact, exchange and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers of goods, enforce and comply with contracts with partners; learn purchasing methods to optimize the ordering process;
- Arrange and track shipments, supervise the quantity and quality of goods transported; participate in the logistics carrier selection process and performance evaluation;
- Prepare and review shipping documents, focusing on customs compliance when clearing imported goods; coordinate with external suppliers to improve the supply chain;
- Resolving contract breach issues and handling complaints against related suppliers;
- Contact and maintain relationships with international suppliers, manufacturers and carriers.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.
