work content
- Follow up the department's financial reporting data, support the director
- Receive dossiers and documents from departments/sections, related parties, develop weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports and submit them to the director for approval.
- Communicate information of the Board of Directors with relevant departments, divisions and units and receive feedback.
- Support the HR department in implementing the directives of the director.
- Support the accounting - finance department to prepare budget estimates for the company.
- Make decisions on behalf of the director when authorized or on behalf of the director in their absence.
- Assist the director in scheduling and conducting scheduled work.
- Support for life issues for the work of directors such as booking airline tickets, booking rooms for business trips.
- Representing the Director to welcome customers, organize events in the company/enterprise.
- Study; set report; handling unexpected and complicated situations; Negotiate, negotiate with customers and predict business needs, analyze the market.
- Other tasks as assigned and directed by the director.
- In addition to the main work, in his free time, he can support the sales department. And this support job will account for 5% of the main job (no experience will be guided + survey training)
Job Requirements :
- Graduated from Intermediate level or higher majoring in business administration, human resource management, specialized administration, marketing, commercial law, civil law...
- In-depth knowledge of economic law.
- Skill:
+ Office informatics equivalent to B or higher.
+ Effective time management skills.
+ Analytical and problem solving skills.
+ Ability to organize and arrange work in a scientific way.
- Experience:
+ At least 01 year of experience in the position of assistant manager or equivalent positions in the office.
+ No experience can be trained, guided.
