Gi8 Sale is looking for a dynamic and well-organized Assistant Director to support the Director's daily work and contribute to the effective management of business activities. The candidate will play a central role in planning, organizing and executing projects, as well as managing schedules and formal communications.
Assist the Director with daily management tasks, including planning and organizing meetings, scheduling and coordinating meetings.
Prepare and draft reports, letters and other documents as required.
Manage information and update project management database.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the project is implemented promptly and effectively.
Handle requests and queries from employees as well as from outside the company.
Organize and store documents and records for the director's office.
Perform other administrative and office duties as needed.
