Job Description

JOB DUTIES
1. Human Resources:
- Directly perform recruitment activities: compiling job postings, screening resumes, interviewing, evaluating, selecting candidates to ensure the right recruitment - enough according to the plan.
- Personnel management, records management, list of employees
- Drafting labor contracts, job descriptions, staff standards
- Perform timekeeping
- Implement the health insurance, social insurance, unemployment insurance regimes for employees
- Update the policy regime in accordance with the law
- Compilation of HR reports as required

2. Administrative work:
- Support clerical work - Receptionist: welcome guests, receive documents, dispatches, answer phones, prepare meeting rooms...
- Organize, store and manage the entire system of official dispatches, papers, contracts and related documents;
- Manage and order stationery; printing documents when necessary; Manage the use of assets, equipment, machinery, documents, etc.
- Pay administrative costs and other logistics costs

3. Other jobs:
- Participating in the organization of company events: meetings, sightseeing, vacations, foreign affairs, birthdays, mid-autumn festival, Tet, year-end summaries....
- Manage the compliance of employees in the department with internal rules, regulations, regulations and procedures of the Company;
- Handling situations and incidents arising during the Company's operation related to personnel
- Support other departments when required
- Perform other tasks as directed, assigned and operated directly by the head of the department and the board of directors
- At least 1 year of experience in the position of HCNS
- Proficient in office computer (word, excel, powerpoint, ...)
- Understanding of human resources, clerical and archival operations
- Knowledge of recruitment, training and human resource management.
- Have general knowledge about Labor Law, Social Insurance
- Possess negotiation and presentation skills.
- Have skills to grasp human psychology/behavior, identify good personality, and work under pressure.
- Having a positive thinking attitude, progressive, proactive, honest, careful, high responsibility at work.
- Agility, flexibility in handling situations, ability to work independently, effective time and work management skills, good discipline.
