Job description

- Compile, update, systematize and store documents and documents related to products for business: Product profile (spec, MSDS, sample), product development timeline. (Japanese, English)
- Compile, update and manage contracts and orders.
- Synthesize order data, revenue, shipping rate... to serve appropriate reporting when needed by the Board of Directors.
- Translate documents and texts for business and factories.
- Interpreting in meetings, internal work exchanges...
- Monitor, supervise and urge corrective and preventive activities related to non-conformities in the customer assessment process and status reporting to customers. Responsible for sales within the sales channel as well as the allocated Japanese customer list.
- Update market information and competitive prices most accurately.
- Responsible for monitoring debts and collecting customer debts (if any).
- Ensure thorough knowledge of the Company and products to convey to customers in the most accurate way.
- Ready to coordinate with other departments to perform tasks when requested by the Department Head.
- Secure the Company's documents, data, contracts and customer records.
- Responsible for reporting to direct management on assigned tasks.
- Translate and interpret Japanese when the company needs it.
- Search, expand markets, and establish good relationships between the company and Japanese partners

Candidate requirements

• Graduated from College or higher, economics or marketing or related schools.
• Have 4 years of experience in order tracking, production planning, sales/customer care in a manufacturing factory.
• Understand the business culture of Japanese partners and customers.
• Foreign language proficiency: Japanese (minimum N2). Knowing English is also an advantage.
• Ability to handle situations and solve problems well.
• Good communication, confidence, flexibility in work and with customers.

Right

- Working hours: Monday to Friday (Flexible work on Saturdays upon request)
