- Independent sales:
+ Search for customer information from many different channels to build a quality and potential customer information system.
+ Recognize and grasp customer needs to then introduce suitable products.
+ Persuade customers to buy products, building customer trust in the business.
- Team management:
+ Monitor, support the development and regularly urge and remind Employees/Interns/Business Partners to comply with approved plans and strategies. Support customer handling and team management if you have experience leading a team.
+ Directly contact potential customers from the company's data system or lists that you search for yourself to introduce the company's products and incentive programs.
+ Answer customer questions quickly and provide timely solutions to customers by management team staff.
- Carry out direct tasks assigned by the Board of Directors:
+ Implement instructions from the Board of Directors, promote (inform, explain, support) sales programs for Sales Specialists. Act as a bridge between the Board of Directors and Sales Specialists.
+ Manage and draft administrative documents related to Sales activities and database access. Monitor and synthesize incentive and gift programs;
+ Synthesize and process feedback from Business Salespeople to report to the Board of Directors.
+ Propose customer policies, contributing to improvements for the company's Department/Department.
+ Report to superiors on progress and business results; customer needs, problems, concerns; Implement other projects and work plans of the company.
+ Support the Board of Directors, be a bridge between the Board of Directors and other departments, understand the organizational model, apparatus and coordination between departments in the company to carry out work;
+ On behalf of the Board of Directors, directly operate, deploy and resolve tasks when authorized;
+ Carry out internal and external affairs as assigned and other tasks when directed directly from the Board of Directors.
