Receive quotes from management or marketing
Make quotes, take care until closing the order
Manage order progress, regularly update arising issues
Interact with customers until orders are completed
Go to inspect works, goods, and report
Coordinate with departments to promptly handle arising situations
Coordinate with accountants to accept payment and settlement
Customer care after sales
Seeking new customers
Some other administrative work to support management
Request :
Graduated from related fields: business, marketing
Have at least 1 year of experience in the field of business or business assistant (priority is given to candidates with experience in the furniture industry).
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to use office tools such as Microsoft Office.
Teamwork spirit and ability to work independently.
Good organization and time management skills.
Have laptop and transportation
Ready to go on business trips when mobilized
