-Update and build the vice president's working schedule
-Receiving and arranging meetings between the Vice President and specialized departments/divisions as directed
-Maintaining records, drafting documents when directed
-As a secretary to record meeting minutes at weekly briefings or other arising meetings
- Summarize weekly and monthly report data
-Receiving direction and interactively conveying directive messages from the vice president to departments
- Ensure the information related to the work, the plan is absolutely confidential. Perform other tasks when directed from the vice president.
