JOB DUTIES 1. Consulting work
- Advise and advise the General Director on issues within authority and functions related to the Company's guidelines, policies, and operating mechanisms;
- Receive and review official dispatches, records, documents, and requests from departments and units under the authority of the General Director for approval;
- Prepare documents and collect necessary information as requested by the CEO
2. Administrative work
- Arrange work schedules, meeting schedules, work schedules, organize meetings, record and summarize the content of meetings of the CEO;
- Manage and store documents and papers of the CEO;
- Communicate the CEO's instructions to departments. Monitor, supervise and urge the implementation of the CEO's instructions and assignments to departments.
3. Internal and external affairs
- Participate in welcoming customers and organizing company events as required;
- Contact and work with partners and agencies/departments/industries when required;
- Support the General Director in communication and coordination between relevant departments at the request of the General Director;
- Establish working relationships related to the Company's operations/activities.
4. Reporting work
- Monitor implementation progress, assigned work items of relevant departments/departments, and compile reports for the General Director on a weekly, monthly, quarterly basis...; or suddenly.
5. Other jobs
- Perform other tasks as requested by the CEO.
