- Secretary of the meeting, taking notes of working minutes chaired by the General Director.
- Communicate information of the General Director to relevant departments
- Monitor, urge, summarize and report the results of the implementation of decisions of the General Director
- Advise, advise and propose to the General Director solutions, directions to handle and solve work.
- Monitor and update information and issues from Customers and Head Office to the General Director
- Perform other duties as requested by the General Manager
