- Perform secretarial and general clerical tasks
- Process and control all types of records, documents, and reports before submitting for approval.
- Arrange and remind about meeting schedules, work schedules, and work schedules
- Organize, directly supervise and take notes of meetings
- Monitor and report work progress of departments
- Support internal and external relations
- Perform other additional tasks when requested
