- The focal point is responsible for building a system of procedures/regulations, training plans, and managing the annual and monthly training budget of the entire system.
- Analyze and determine the Company's training needs to develop training plans and manage annual, quarterly and monthly training budgets.
- Effectively manage work items and progress to help increase working efficiency and interaction with departments, divisions, and partners of the Operations department.
- Support technicians in planning goals, plans, and policies according to functions approved by the City. Assigned operations.
- Provide analysis, reports, forecasts and advice on the operations of the Operations department.
- Collect information and report fully.
- Prepare general reports to send to the City. Operate daily/weekly/monthly or when any requirements arise to synthesize the above tasks.
