- Ensure the sales target set for the store as well as develop the store's sales.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in the industry segment in charge.
- Updating new goods, product names, arranging and displaying goods in the store according to the assignment and layout of the store manager and according to the company's policy.
- Update quickly and promptly new price stamps for new goods with price changes.
- Ensure the safety of goods.
- Check quality, clean goods, check out-of-date, close-to-date items, to quickly propose to make sale off, exchange or cancel goods.
- Responsible for checking, arranging work in shift, assigning work of sales staff, cashiers, duties in managing shelves of employees who do well in their area of charge.
