- Participate directly in running Facebook ads
- Set up, manage, and monitor the team's implementation process, closely following KPIs and sales goals
- Allocate and control Marketing budget for Facebook ads, ensuring it is within the approved budget
- Monitor, measure, evaluate effectiveness and adjust Facebook advertising campaigns
- Directly train, guide and manage staff in the team to bring the best conversion and sales.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to implement work.
Candidate requirements
- Have at least 02 years of experience in a similar position.
- Priority is given to candidates with experience working in the field of high-end fashion or Companies in the fields of fashion, cosmetics, retail... running ads with large budgets.
- Ability to plan, implement, check, monitor and evaluate
- Have skills in training, teamwork, and motivating employees to maximize their abilities
Right:
- Income: 20 - 40 million (Can be higher depending on ability)
