2.1. The main task:
- Make weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly sales plan and assign targets to sales staff.
- Planning and implementing training activities, tutoring sales skills for sales staff;
- Implement Marketing activities (including direct and online channels) of projects in charge of their team.
- Support sales staff in advising customers on information related to products/projects such as: geographical location, project legality, project price, payment procedures and transfer contract, market trends…
- Regularly learn and update the projects of competitors operating in the vicinity and adjacent areas to have a basis for consulting customers and the Unit Head.
- Control and support sales staff in contacting customers to the project to consult and sell directly, close transactions.
- Contact Customer Service and Accounting Department for payment support and legal advice of the project to deploy for business staff.
- Direct sales staff to carry out customer after-sales activities, take care of old customers regularly, and continuously update new customers into the data.
- Strictly comply with regulations and data entry process into CRM software absolutely.
- Comply with regulations on sales policies and company rules.
- The result of completing the work of the Sales Team Leader is the number of sales staff who have successfully traded products specified from time to time/each project).
2.2. Other tasks:
- Maintain and develop the culture and identity of the Company in accordance with the "Code of Conduct" in the East Sea.
- Comply with the uniform rule - develop the "Green Land" brand anytime - anywhere.
- Monitor and take measures to comply with the Company's regulations for the leadership team and employees under management.
- Other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager.
