- Search and develop new markets and potential customers.
- Develop & implement business plans for the group.
- Plan recruitment, training, and human resource development orientation for the group. Manage and direct group activities to achieve assigned targets.
- Support & guide employees in handling issues related to professionalism and skills.
- Participate in company management meetings.
- Working hours: From Monday to Saturday morning
