1. Detailed Job Description:
- Managing sales staff, recruiting, training and performing management tasks with the team.
- Ensure revenue targets are assigned and set targets assigned to sales staff.
- Report Weekly - Monthly with GSKD on customer information, revenue, sales, KPIs for each employee and sales department.
- Planning the activities of the whole department, approving the work plan of each sales staff
- Review, monitor, large contracts to decentralize employees, monitor debts and liquidate contracts
- Track the sales process, contact customers of each salesperson, synthesize reports, give directions to overcome, improve and train employees.
- Financial planning, departmental financial control.
