Carry out and coordinate market research and new trends in the entertainment tourism industry, work with consulting partners/suppliers to serve project development and entertainment business operations, in the Group's resort real estate complexes.
Task 1 (Task 1): Implement and coordinate the implementation of domestic and foreign market research, new trends in the entertainment tourism industry to serve project development and business operations of entertainment areas, in the Group's resort real estate complexes.
Task 2 (Task 2): Carry out and coordinate research on business models, entertainment products and services in the world related to projects/operating facilities and propose ideas for application. Apply models in the most reasonable and effective way in the Group's projects.
Task 3 (Task 3): Develop a project implementation plan/action plan and coordinate with relevant internal departments/partners/suppliers to implement and manage the project to ensure correct approved goals/plans.
Task 4 (Task 4): Connect and coordinate work with Group departments/domestic and foreign partners during the project development process.
Task 5 (Task 5): Directly coordinate the implementation of research, propose and implement plans to upgrade and reform currently operating entertainment facilities to improve service quality and bring in effective revenue. Make reports as requested by Direct Manager.
