JOB DESCRIPTION- Ensure, maintain, find and expand the network of customers who are schools/enterprises/partners according to the company's sales target.
- Responsible for checking the content of lessons, exams, and classes at the center. Ensure the creation of new classes of all classes at the school/enterprise/partner, monitor the work schedule, the classes have exam classes during the day to ensure enough staff to support the exam.
- Be responsible for the targets and work goals of the team members assigned by the direct manager.
- Synthesize & analyze and report (customer situation, teaching situation, costs.... At schools/enterprises/partners, ..)
- Organizing customer care activities for schools/businesses/partners,…
- Responsible for managing and coordinating the work of team members effectively.
- Responsible for managing and coordinating the group of consultants - trainers at schools/enterprises/partners,.... Arranging teaching schedules for teachers and teaching assistants.
- Responsible for integration training for new teaching assistants, guidance for inexperienced teaching assistants.
- Handle complaints and queries of teachers and assistant lecturers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS- University degree or above majoring in Business Administration / Marketing / Education / Human Resource Management / English Language / International Business or related fields.
- At least 1 year working in a similar position
- Good conversational English
- Good appearance, between 25 and 32 years old.
