- Work planning and allocation to deployment teams. Simultaneously supervise and motivate the groups to complete the assigned plan on schedule.
- Control the installation of new machinery and equipment, production lines, and other ancillary equipment in the factory.
- Maintain and promote the maintenance of machinery and equipment in the factory in order to keep the downtime to a minimum.
- Thoroughly implement professional and methodical manner in electromechanical works. Manage problems of motor + electrical cabinets and other specific equipment within the scope of the management department.
- Closely cooperate with specialized departments, handle problems fastest
- Perform other duties as requested by the Board of Directors.
Professional requirements:
+ University degree or above majoring in Electrical - Automation (Preference is given to University of Science and Technology, University of Industry)
+ At least 3 years of experience as Head of Electromechanical Department at manufacturing plants
Capable of solving problems with the following types of equipment: mechanical and hydraulic-pneumatic machines, mechanical and electric-powered plastic injection molding machines from ton to ton, hydraulic presses, all kinds of machines. TIG welding, MIG welding, electric roller welding,
+ Solve well the problems of industrial PLC control in the production process, the power system of the factory, the factory

+ Priority to use professional tools in equipment management such as: 5S, 4M, 7 tools, ..
Management requirements:
+ Ability to plan maintenance - repair by year - quarter - month - week - day
+ Ability to develop technical material norms for maintenance - repair - backup plans for equipment
+ Ability to diagnose problems, provide immediate and long-term solutions for each machine and equipment breakdown
+ Thinking of improving, changing, grasping new trends in equipment to perform jobs, improve efficiency and equipment usage time - reduce downtime
