Job Description

  1. Position: Head of Training
  2. Working place: B1 floor; Building R4, Royal City Shopping Center, Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Hanoi
  3. Working time: Office hours from Monday to Saturday morning (8:30 - 17:30), lunch break at 1:30
  4. Field: Cosmetics, health care, beauty.
  5. Job description:
  • University graduate majoring in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Finance, Pedagogy or related majors.
  • At least 03 years of experience in the field of training, of which at least 02 years of experience in managing and directly training and coordinating training activities at large organizations.
  • Good communication and presentation skills, management and problem-solving skills as well as the ability to plan and implement training.
  • Dynamic, enthusiastic, responsive, professional style, able to withstand high work pressure.
  • Proficient in office computer and application software.
6. Requirements:
  • Managing and operating the activities of the Training Department.
  • Planning and implementing training to meet the business strategy of the whole Company in each period.
  • Building and managing the training and development system, including: training policy, training process, information storage system; Communicate and guide to Divisions/Departments throughout the Company.
  • Develop and coordinate with departments to develop programs, documents, and textbooks to implement training.
  • Participate in evaluating and measuring the quality of training programs and training staff.
  • Research and propose measures to ensure quality, methods to improve training, improve training quality.
  • Responsible for developing and proposing budgets for training, developing expenditures, programs and implementing post-training evaluation.
  • Synthesize information about training programs to complete quarterly and annual reports on the company's training activities.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by direct manager.
