Job Description

1. Recruiting personnel, ensuring adequate staffing.
2. Monthly/quarterly/yearly personnel evaluation.
3. Develop a promotion roadmap, set up a training program and organize the implementation.
4. Advising on the reception, appointment, dismissal, transfer, transfer, termination of labor contracts, dismissal... all employees throughout the Company in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Company.
5. Making human budget, handling complaints and inquiries of Company employees.
