1. Human Resource Management:
- Making annual plans for recruitment, training and development of human resources. Human resource planning to serve well for production, business and company strategy.
- Develop a system of internal rules, regulations and regulations for the company and supervise the observance of those rules.

2. Administrative management - administration:
- Direct the implementation of administrative work: clerical, archiving, confidentiality and preservation of seals, files and documents of the Company.
- Organize logistics for meetings and receptions of leaders and the Company.
- Organize the protection and management of assets (land, factories, ...). Carrying out work related to legal documents procedures for the company's activities.
- Plan, monitor and supervise the construction of facilities and projects of the company, repair facilities for production and business
- Make an annual budget for procurement of office equipment, stationery, production supplies, and labor protection.
- In charge of medical work, planning and organizing periodical health check-ups for employees.
- Follow up insurance contracts for accident, protection, fire protection, electricity, water, garbage collection, hazardous waste, petrol.
- Cooperate with the Occupational Safety Committee, develop plans, organize and supervise the implementation of security and order, occupational safety, occupational hygiene and fire prevention.
