• Planning annual recruitment and training for the factory.
• Recruiting employees for the factory.
• Advise the Board of Directors on the Company's policies and development plans.
• Regularly update new regulations, new laws and put them into practice.
• Consulting and proposing methods to solve problems in accordance with Vietnamese law.
• Planning and implementation of cultural activities of the Company, order and security in the Company.
• Perform all related tasks of BP such as: Controlling, supervising the canteen, dispatching vehicles, uniforms, factory protection/security, factory cleaning, salary, bonus, timekeeping, social insurance, etc. tax, labor contract, discipline, fire prevention and fighting, environment, wastewater
• Attend weekly briefings with the Board of Directors.
• Attend meetings with Workers on a daily basis.
• Integration training.
• Organizing Company events.
• Implement improvements in cost reduction, 5S.....
• Manage land documents, business registration permits and update changes according to regulations.
• Regularly update and change the way of evaluating employees for the purpose of improving the professional ability of employees.
• Manage systems and departments according to ISO, Hccap, BRC standards.
• Organize and receive audit teams at the factory.
• Organize classes for employees on occupational safety, fire prevention and fighting, food safety, health check....
• Update and track BP contracts
• Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors
