- Develop management and operational processes related to administrative and human resources work

- Building organizational structure, staffing and staffing according to job title, competency framework, KPIs according to labor productivity
|
- Develop mechanisms, welfare policies, processes, regulations, and cost management for P.HCNS
|
- Make annual, quarterly and monthly recruitment, training and human resource development plans for the company
|
- Manage & Organize and coordinate with other departments to build and implement work plans by day, week, month, quarter, build KPIs to promote work efficiency and labor motivation
|
- Organize activities to welcome foreign customers and interpret Chinese
|
- Advise the Board of Directors on human resource strategy and effective administrative management
|
- Support the Director of internal and external customer care
