Work address: 100 Le Hong Phong - Thach Linh Ward - Ha Tinh City.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage accounting operations in accordance with the unit's situation and the State's policies.
Participate in developing budget estimates and revenue and expenditure plans to ensure the unit completes its tasks well.
Implement well the bookkeeping regime, payment reports, settlement, and periodic inventory.
Involved in making flash reports, MIS, and dashboards and performing analysis.
Support providing data to make investment decisions, purchase machinery and equipment, and establish business cases.
In-depth financial analysis of business operations for hospital programs.
Review daily reports, report unusual fluctuations.
Support the review of opex PRs. Coordinate annual budget control
Participate in monitoring the unit's economic and financial activities.
Responsible to the Director, City. TCKT and superior financial agencies on all financial and accounting activities of the hospital.
Assign work appropriately to members in the department. Regularly plan to inspect, urge and supervise all accounting activities in the hospital.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from University or higher, majoring in Accounting or Auditing.
Certified Chief Accountant
Have experience working in a similar position or medical environment
Priority is given to candidates who are fluent in English.
