- Managing the sales department from stable quality personnel
- Develop and implement business plans for each real estate product and service according to the general orientation of the Company in the short, medium and long term;
- Organize, manage, check and supervise the business activities of the Department
- Training and improving professional skills for business staff under the management department;
- Support, handle and solve problems related to business activities under the department;
- Make weekly, monthly and quarterly business plans and report to the Floor Director
- Be responsible to the CEO for the business results of the department
