- Timely identify issues affecting customers on the basis of information, reports and feedback obtained. Locate and analyze the causes affecting service goals and standards to take timely corrective action.
- Managing Sales Department: Building, training and coaching new employees on product knowledge and sales consulting skills. Regularly evaluate, plan to adjust and support employees to achieve goals and develop to higher positions.
