- Consulting and guiding customers to view projects, carry out transaction procedures, negotiate, assist in signing contracts, collect and report on the real estate market situation.
- Develop and implement business plans, propose solutions to maintain and promote business activities to achieve business targets.
- Directly manage and direct the work of each employee in the sales department.
- Assign tasks, supervise and assist sales staff, train and guide employees.
- Responsible for reporting business activities and performance to the Board of Directors
