Job description:
- Evaluate employees monthly/quarterly/yearly
- Monitor reports and capture the performance of the department's work.
- Organize the implementation of customer care operations in the functional role of the department;
- Report all business activities of the sales department to the Board of Directors
- Manage, train and develop a team of Real Estate Consultants.
- Support staff in consulting, developing potential customers and taking care of existing customers.
- Develop strategies, plans, for the team to achieve business targets.
Candidate Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in the position of Sales Manager
- Skills in management, team building, work management and staff training.
- Skills in overall assessment of a real estate project, building independent sales keys and detailed customer portrait analysis.
- Skills in working and organizing team work according to KPI model
- Can withstand high work pressure, high sense of responsibility, clear goals and work plans.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have a team available.
