Job Description

work content
  • Advise the Board of Directors on the brand's business strategy.
  • Develop and implement the brand's business plan, closely following the business plan, ensuring the brand's growth, including:
    • Develop and implement purchasing and sales plans for each season/year for each sales channel.
    • Develop and implement promotional programs in the system.
    • Develop business expansion plans, expand brand stores in each season/year according to the strategic direction of the Board of Directors.
    • Implement new opening and repair work for stores.
    • Check sales and inventory on each CH/system monthly to have transfer plans and run programs to boost sales.
  • Operate and manage the operations of the store business and online business departments
  • Develop and review operating procedures for both divisions.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales at points of sale and the system provides comments and assessments to request Merchandise Operations to analyze results.
  • Give instructions on VM goods and service images. Monitor the implementation of CH's Campaigns.
  • Monitor the implementation of KPIS indicators at CH and Online Business Division to evaluate service quality.
  • Resolve cases that arise in CH and Online business related to customers and authorities coming to work at CH.
  • Plan, organize and arrange personnel, manage and operate all work of departments/positions in the sales department.
  • Building a proactive, responsible and professional culture and working environment for the Online Business Department and Store Department and working in teams to achieve maximum work efficiency
