JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Build and develop sales department staff
- Coordinate with the Director to recruit and predict human resource needs
- Regularly discuss with employees to understand the strengths and aspirations of each employee and have appropriate development orientations.
2. Organization, planning and sales strategy
- Develop sales policies, customer policies and customer care.
- Search, negotiate and close contracts with customers
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers
- Organize training to improve sales skills and consulting skills for employees
- Monitor employee activities to ensure employees apply trained skills
- Coordinate and work with the marketing department and production department to ensure the set KPIs.
- Make business plans by Week/Month/Quarter/Year to ensure planned targets.
- Develop sales scenarios for offline and online channels suitable for products and target customers
- Determine business goals and development orientation of the department
- Manage department activities to ensure progress and work efficiency
- Research and understand the market to come up with appropriate development strategies. "More details will be discussed during the interview process"
- Monitor and report revenue and costs by each channel.
- Detailed and overall sales reports.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated from college or higher, majoring in Business Administration or other related majors.
- Age from 28-45 years old
- Experience of 3 years or more in a similar position
- Priority is given to candidates who have worked in the field of kitchen appliances
- Experience in building business plans, promotion strategies and implementing promotion programs
- Ability to work in groups and independently to perform work when required
- Proficient in office information technology, email, internet, social networks
- Skills in planning, organizing and monitoring work
- Analysis, synthesis, presentation and reporting skills.
- Communication and presentation skills
- Observation, negotiation and bargaining skills
