1. Sales & market
- Achieve the sales target set by the company.
- Develop sales plan.
- Build selling points for sales staff effectively.
2. Training
- Recruiting new staff.
- Periodically train and train sales and product skills for employees.
3. Rating
- Directly manage, operate, inspect and supervise the work of sales staff.
- Make a work plan and assign tasks to each employee.
- Manage the activities of team members, communicate instructions from superiors to subordinates.
- Help employees gain background knowledge and understand the products/projects that the department is in charge of.
- Instruct employees to strictly follow approved work procedures.
- Evaluating, commenting, proposing rewards and punishments for sales staff
4. Customer care
- Good relationship with distributors, point of sale.
- Manage customer records, urge the implementation of customer contracts
- Make a list of potential customers, propose plans/options to approach, meet and take care of customers in order to promote the brand, product and project in charge.
- Proposing sales and customer care policies. Monitor and implement effective policies.
- Other tasks as directed by superiors
