Head of Japanese foreign business department at Ha Noi - Phát Triển Giáo Dục Và Thương Mại Việt Nhật

Manage and direct operations of the Sales department:

• Recruitment, training, and professional guidance for staff in the department.
• Evaluate and assign work to each employee in the department in accordance with capacity
• Manage and control the work of the department.
  Expand and develop relationships with Japanese partners:
• Develop a strategic plan to develop relationships with Japanese partners.
• Work with partners to expand markets, increase orders, and take care of Japanese customers (unions).
• Negotiate with Japanese partners on labor recruitment contracts and related issues.
• Welcoming Japanese customer partners to work and interview for recruitment.
  Correspond with specialized departments and handle arising issues:
• Directly or direct sales staff to handle problems arising from workers dispatched by the Company and problems arising from customers.
• Direct or direct sales staff to correspond internal information between departments in the Company.
• Do other tasks related to foreign affairs operations as requested by the Board of Directors
  Advising, dealing with policies and other business activities of the Company when the Board of Directors instructs.
