⭕ Human resource development and management:
▫️ HR Recruitment
▫️ Build a professional and friendly working environment among members
▫️ Regularly communicate with employees to understand their strengths and aspirations for appropriate development orientation.
▫️ Organize training to improve employees' knowledge and skills
▫️ Monitor employee activities to make sure employees apply the skills they've been trained well
⭕ Planning and monitoring business activities:
▫️ Define business goals and development orientation of the department
▫️ Research, analyze the market, business situation, make plans, invest in developing the department to achieve the set goals
▫️ Manage department activities to ensure work progress and efficiency
▫️ Build and develop strong long-term customer relationships
▫️ Build and optimize the process of consulting and supporting staff from planning to customer care.
