▫️ Define business goals and development orientation of the department
▫️ Research, analyze the market, business situation, make plans, invest in developing the department to achieve the set goals
▫️ Manage department activities to ensure work progress and efficiency
▫️ Build and develop strong long-term customer relationships
▫️ Build and optimize the process of consulting and supporting staff from planning to customer care.
