- Trading products in the field of manufacturing lifting equipment for the port industry, providing materials and equipment for the port industry.
- Operate and manage the Company's Sales department.
- Establish strategies, goals/plans/policies, and business plans.
- Evaluate the market, analyze opportunities and come up with an effective business plan.
- Communication, marketing, customer development and achieving/exceeding sales expectations.
- Establish good relationships with partners, perform well domestic and export business activities.
- Monitor and urge order production progress (production orders).
- Customer care and brand development of the company.
- Monitor payments, liquidate contracts and manage business records and customer records.
