Job Description

1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Registration of revenue & receipt of cost limits, strategies and policies to develop agents (customers) who are selling points (stores, factories, investors) cabinet and door accessories, debts Sales with Management.
- Develop sales deployment plan, agent development (customers), personnel plan, cost... with the Board of Directors.
- Develop a plan to support, train and supervise employees. Urging, supervising and supporting employees to achieve planned revenue targets.
- Respond and propose solutions to superiors in a timely manner on market problems.
- Looking for technology solutions to make the system work more efficiently. Improve and optimize operating processes.
- Coordinating with Human Resources Department to complete the procedures for paying salaries, bonuses and monitoring benefits for the department's personnel, assessing the quality of personnel for dismissal, new recruitment, and reassignment.
- Coordinating with Finance and Accounting Department, Human Resources to adjust and issue internal rules and regulations (if any).
- Make reports to management as required. Report the results and effectiveness of the implementation of the plan monthly, quarterly and annually.

2. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education/professional qualifications: Having specialized knowledge in business administration or related fields.
- Foreign language/informatics skills:. Basic communication English.
. Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point and related business software.
- Able to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Competence/skills:. Communication and negotiation skills.
. Skill in planning, organizing and implementing work.
. Analytical, synthesis and problem solving skills.
. Time management skills.
. Organizational skills.

3. MODE:
- Probation: 2 months
- Working time: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (Monday - Saturday morning). Off Saturday, Sunday afternoon.
