* Head of Sales and System Management Department is responsible for advising the Director, completing short-term and long-term goals of the company in order to build a sustainable business model. Building TAS to become a leading company in Vietnam and Southeast Asia in the field of education.
* Strongly demonstrating leadership role, imbued with the vision, mission, and culture of TAS company.
* Build and develop a team of highly productive, creative and constantly learning staff.
* Develop and monitor office-level KPIs, develop business plans.
* Building and expanding other products and services for TAS company.
* Advising customers on suitable majors according to career orientation, immigration consulting, understanding the difficulties that customers will face and offering the most appropriate solutions.
* Introduce the company's educational products to customers in person, by email, or by phone.
* Follow up and implement the visa application process.
* Support to organize seminars on study abroad and settlement.
* Other duties as assigned by direct manager.
