- Select bidding documents, research and analyze bidding documents: Design drawings, technical requirements, requirements of the bidding package, price analysis, approval, and planning for bidding implementation.
- Manage and control implementation progress and bid content.
- Participate in contract negotiations.
- Ensure the department's work is completed on time and provide appropriate solutions to resolve problems to achieve the highest efficiency.
- Train and coach staff to perform work with the highest efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the work performance of subordinate employees.
- Review, adjust and supplement the department's operating procedures.
- Be fully responsible to the Company's Leaders for the Department's activities
