- Technical safety management. Develop training plans, recruit personnel, improve expertise for team members. Allocate work to subordinates, direct and guide them to complete their work well.
- Working with partners, consulting, explaining technical issues to customers, investors as well as the board of directors.
- Good handling of incidents and risks arising. Ensure technical work always complies with rules and standards.
- Head of Technical Department analyzes technology, resource needs, market needs, planning and evaluating project feasibility.
- In addition to the main tasks mentioned above, the Head of Technical Department is responsible for reporting to the Board of Directors on technical and management related jobs to the Board of Directors.
- Review, report, approve spending, enforce rules and decide to purchase materials or services. Proposing, approving contracts, cost estimates.
