- Organize online and offline marketing activities.
- Plan to allocate budget to run ads on Facebook, Zalo, Google, Youtube, Tiktok communication channels each month.
- Regularly update the policies and algorithms of online advertising channels.
- Conceive ideas, build plans, image advertising campaigns of the company and implement effective advertising campaigns and marketing strategies on Facebook Ads.
- Organize market analysis, marketing activities of competitors from there to identify customer segments.
- Responsible for managing, training, developing personnel in the team, building the team.
-Other tasks according to the project or assigned by superiors.
