- Participate in building and implementing the Company's development strategy

Candidate requirements
'- Have 3 years or more experience in Marketing Manager or equivalent positions.
- Have good leadership, management, work organization, marketing, brand development, market development and internal communication skills.
- Experience in the truck industry is preferred.
- Have in-depth knowledge of Digital Marketing, organize and smoothly operate online/offline Marketing activities. Experienced in building marketing strategies in all aspects (branding, products, distribution, ...)
- Understand and manage marketing tools well.
- Have knowledge of market research methods and data analysis.
- Communicate fluently in English, proficient in using office computers.
- Have organizational, leadership and administration capabilities.
- Creative thinking and high responsibility at work.
- Communication, persuasion and problem solving skills.
