Building and improving the document system are processes, regulations, rules and policies related to the human resources management system including but not limited to policies on: recruitment; labor relations; capacity framework; career development roadmap; salaries, training, rewards, benefits... and participate in implementation supervision
Propose adjustments to Human Resources policies to meet the department's human resource needs
Coordinate with Department Manager to implement employee evaluation to ensure compliance with regulations
Understand, communicate, guide, and answer questions about Company Culture, policies, regulations, and Human Resources processes
Coordinate with CV/NV in training or internal communications to implement employee engagement activities
Consulting on human resources issues for the department
Respond promptly, meeting human resource requirements of BP Managers & Employees
Coordinate with departments to develop organizational charts, staffing, job descriptions, and work processes
Coordinate and analyze human resource plans as well as the turnover rate in the Company
Responsible for planning and supervising the organization of training and development programs for employees
Coordinate the evaluation and adjustment of salaries and annual bonuses
Build and standardize the JD system, a clear and transparent work performance evaluation mechanism to maintain and improve work motivation for employees
Monitor and ensure that the Company's welfare regimes are updated with market trends, in accordance with the Company's costs/budget in each period, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with legal regulations. Current law
