Job requirements
In-depth knowledge of company rules and regulations. Have 05 years of working experience, of which at least 03 years have worked in the field related to Head of Human Resources Department.
Formerly a lawyer or legal manager, with experience working in the legal field (if any)
Previous management experience in the legal field in a similar position.
Ability to analyze, synthesize and evaluate information, excellent logical thinking.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure to assist in resolving legal difficulties encountered by the company.
Organize, organize and maintain accuracy while working.
Capable of keeping all legal matters of the company confidential.
Outstanding language ability, especially English level.
Proficient in MS Office and some application software.
