I/ Job Description
a.Ensure that all activities of the Company, whether internal or external, must comply with current laws and regulations and the interests of the Company;
b. Carry out the work of reviewing and supervising cooperation documents; programs, products, services, projects; Professional activities ensure compliance with the system of internal documents and current legal regulations;
c.Inspect, monitor, report, and evaluate periodically and unexpectedly to provide warnings and appropriate treatment and prevention plans, ensuring business activities and operational support are carried out in accordance with regulations and procedures;
d. Implement risk warnings, notices, and legal updates affecting the Company's business activities, ensuring relevant units implement and make appropriate adjustments in accordance with the provisions of the Company. law;
e. Evaluate, support and contribute legal opinions on institutional documents at the Company. Propose amendments and adjustments to issued institutional documents to ensure compliance with changes in the law;
f.Ensure the Company has controls in place to manage legal and compliance risks;
g.Support in drafting the Company's internal processes and regulations;
h. Internal inspection work: Check and handle cases related to law compliance; Comply with the rules and regulations of the Corporation. Ensure compliance with the law, as well as internal rules and regulations related to legal matters;
i. Resolve complaints and denunciations of disputes related to all fields and activities of the Corporation in accordance with regulations and authority;
j.Update legal documents for the Company;
k.Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors.
II/ Requirements
a. Female aged 36 to 45
b. Graduated from University or higher, majoring in Law.
c.Have at least 10 years of experience in the legal field at real estate businesses or law-practicing organizations (Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the field of Real Estate Investor);
d. Understanding of legal regulations, especially in the field of civil law, corporate law, land law, housing law, real estate business law, construction law, commercial law...;
e.In-depth understanding of consulting, drafting and signing all types of contracts, especially in the fields of: Real Estate, Construction;
f.Have good communication skills;
g.Able to work independently and in groups;
h. Careful temperament in writing documents...;
i. Good health, active, enthusiastic, able to withstand work pressure.
