- Manage human resources, build, and train admissions staff
- Coordinate with internal functional departments to organize enrollment activities and other activities when required
- Control the finances and operating costs of the admissions department closely, effectively, and optimize resources in terms of costs and people.
- Organizing recruitment and communication activities
- Contact local training units, organize face-to-face and online enrollment activities, get leads for enrollment
- Organize and conduct online and face-to-face recruitment consulting activities
- Organize the implementation of enrollment activities, the first year revenues of students
- Actively implement activities as required by the organization.
*** Request:
- University degree or above in related majors
- Experienced in recruitment and communication-marketing in the education industry
- Experience in team/team management
- Ability to organize events
- Honest, responsible, fair, manageable, careful
- Experience in recruitment management is preferred.
