Building the process of forwarding and exporting and importing goods;
Develop and implement the Department's work plan, assign work, train employees, manage and supervise work, evaluate employee performance.
Receive, manage, check and process import and export documents with customers, customs authorities and related management agencies.
Monitor the progress of goods, make a plan to deliver and receive import and export goods to ensure production as well as customer requirements. Complete the procedures and documents for import and export of goods.
Implement import-export procedures and documents such as: purchase and sale contract, shipping documents, import-export documents, payment procedures, delivery and receipt of goods, etc. to comply with the requirements in the LC, customers, suppliers issuer, shipping agent, and Customs
Checking and liquidating the import and export tax balance sheet
Perform other tasks related to import and export activities and transportation at the request of the Board of Directors.
